Conditions of Use
Due to the artistic nature the artists creations and handmade product offered here, products purchased on-line may differ slightly from those displayed on this website.
Some sculpture may include shipping, others shipping and installation may depend on the location of the placement of the sculpture in relationship to where the artist's studio is located.
NOTE: African Butterfly Hair Clips have are returnable with regard to warranty issues. All other art, photography and gallery items are not generally returnable. We are available by phone or email to help you select your purchase if you are unsure which item would work best for you.
Depending on the reasons you wish to return something we will consider items exchange for BrassWind Gallery credit or exchange on a individual basis. We want our customers to return to shop with us again. We just hope that they choose color and style carefully when ordering our unique items.
Gallery owners Sheree and Richard Lincoln are available to consult on purchases. Sheree was trained at New York School of Interior Design and worked as an Interior Decorator for a number of years. She currently runs her own company for Web Site and Graphic Design, BrassWind Designs. Richard is a custom wood boat builder and retired biologist with a food and production specialty. He is very knowledgeable about Chemistry and Biology so can answer your questions about any of the food, soaps, lotion and lip balm products.
